Attending Central Washington University in 2014 was one of the best decisions I could have made. I was introduced to the Apparel Textiles and Merchandising program and fell in love with the culture and the coursework. I then followed up my major with two minors in Retail Management and Technology as well as Advertising. With my majors and minors combined I hope to get an opportunity to one day lead in Merchandising for a company and work closely with marketing to promote plus size wear or fashionable and affordable wear for women. Thanks to the amazing professors I had and the knowledge of the ATM department at CWU I feel comfortable stepping into the fashion industry now.
